Announcement/Update regarding Tachiyomi and read markers.

Some good news at last. While experimenting today, we finally found the root cause(s) of the recent site issues.
While we've had to block Tachiyomi and disable chapter read markers again for now, this means that we’ll be able to fix it all up shortly.
We'll make another announcement when this is done, and the site is back to 100% functionality again.
