14:12: Webserver transfer attempted, then cancelled. Uploads closed.
16:47: Site offline for twenty minutes to allow for webserver migration.
17:00: New webserver is now online. Devs are still working on the site, expect instability.
17:33: API server offline to prep for deployment of second API server.
17:50: Uploads re-enabled, API back online.
20:15: API and DB slaves offline, new slave deployment ongoing.
21:30: API and DB slaves back online, new slave still being deployed.
22:27: Short downtime for webserver config.
22:34: DONE.
