My memory is very murky on this one, I'm not even sure if it's a manga, manhwa, webcomic, or fever dream but I remember it being a pretty bleak interstellar war story. MC and her sister came from the slums, but one of them becomes human war machine and helps lead the fight. Lots of side character deaths, lots of rail guns, and I think mulitple time jumps. Any help?
