Theres this old manga about a generic MC but he looked up to 4 great heroes but they disappear one day. When he grows up he also wants to be a hero. A special trait he had was that he would stat awake for 3 days and sleep for an entire day. One of the weapons the 4 heroes used was a shield that could change to a mace
