This also happened when I was still binge watching anime. I watched 1-2 shows per day for a while and then it slowly dwindled down to one anime per day and then the present day. Where I only focus my attention on 1 anime per season. I feel like I no longer feel the same enjoyment when I first started reading.
I just finished reading Psyren and I thought it had a pretty weak ending, but If this were my first 10 manga, then I'm sure I would have probably been psyched by it. But after I finished reading, I felt nothing. I felt disinterested.
One thing I noticed that is that whenever I re-read Berserk, I never get sick of it. I still get that very same feeling when I first read it. I wish to have that feeling back when reading manga now.
I'm pretty sure there are others here who have or are experiencing the the very same thing as I am. I'm asking if anyone has found a cure or a remedy of sorts? And I'm pretty sure lessening my manga reading won't fix it.
