I've been looking for a manga for weeks and even asked copilot about it but still, no result.

I'm looking for a manga that I've read years ago. I think it's a Sci-fi manga. about a guy at school who downloaded an app that gives them challenges and ability. which he didn't thought would be a catastrophe. I remember seeing a cube thing. and him meeting a small but really smart girl when it comes to technology and stuff who also have a power called "la place"

it was set on a modern time. yes, they're Japanese. but different countries was also mentioned on the manga. it's a Japanese manga not webcomic or anything.
