I don’t have any panels, just the story. MC’s are twin brother and sister, sister is smart and brother isn’t, so he asks to swap places so he can ace the tests. While playing the part of his sister, meets a deaf girl whose step sister (I think) is initially a bish, and bullies her, and bro gets hots for said deaf girl. But In the end, ends up with the reformed bully rich girl and helps run her father's business from the background.

While sister meets her love interest at brother's school, he's the mysterious hot guy who wears a eye patch. Whose the biological brother to said deaf girl, and he has bad burns on his body including his eye which he lost in a fire.
