Is Yu Yu Hakusho censored in the Shonen Jump app?

I’m rereading the manga via the Shonen Jump app, and I feel like there are some panels that are missing. For example, I remember in the first chapter that Yusuke lifted Keiko’s skirt and her panties got shown; or another example in either chapters 7 or 8 where Yusuke comes back to life for a day, and he goes to the pachinko parlor. Both of those are missing, and I remember reading in them in my original paperback monthly Shonen Jump from back in the day. Has anybody else noticed this, and have an explanation as to why VIZ censored it?
