OK, theres a manga, which has a name I can't remember so please bare with me.

The manga takes place in a world with heroes, they get ranked an monitored by a government agency and fight crime, but they're rare. I *know* it sounds very generic, but heres the thing, the MC kind of sucks and has a weird power.

The MC is a boy who gets the power to produce white goo (yes, I know) and gets ranked as a low tier hero but gets paired with a female character with lightning powers and is a high tier here. I think theres other female characters, like one with a barrier power but I can't quite recall.

Anyway, the joke is that his power looks and feels exactly what you think the white goo would look and feel like, but its not that. It makes him resistant to electricity and heat and he uses it to skate around. But he grosses out all his female teammates for obvious reasons.

Does ANYONE else remember this manga? I remember finding it really hilarious for the single dumb joke that went on and on. It wasn't raunchy from what I remember, but I would say that the humor was a bit crass. If anyone has an idea, please reply.
