There are so many new builds are being rolled out and rent and properties are getting more expensive. However, I feel Manchester city center is very small without enough job vacancies.
So why do people come to Manchester?
I believe there are so many new builds because there are demands for housing, but why people move to Manchester where jobs are hard to find compared to London?
London is freaking expensive, but at least people can find jobs easily to support them. Manchester is cheaper without vast job opportunities in comparison to London.
Any ideas?
