Has anyone had any experience with White Dragon in Stockport, mainly getting a tattoo there?

Like what's the rough price range for a small tattoo?
How long would it take?
How are the staff with people getting there first tattoos?
If it's a small tattoo, can you just drop in if it's not busy?
What time is the earliest they start tattoos (as I know some places say they're open from 9 till 5 but start tattooing at like 11)?
Any other info is greatly appreciated.
