Why the hell is it so damned hard to get to London from Manchester?
Post Body

I was looking at trains and 90% of them is at least 2 changes.

The ones with the least changes seem to be the ones you get on near Piccadilly but I am close to the airport, so I'd have to get either a taxi or bus to Piccadilly which would be between 20 minutes to an hour, and cost anywhere from £2 to around £30.

And then there are the prices of the train itself. I was on that trainline website, and the prices are fucking diabolical, 148 fucking quid to get to Heathrow from Manchester Airport just for one person with 7 changes involved, 151 quid to get from Manchester Airport to London Euston with 1 change for 1 person and only a single fair.

At those prices, might as well get a fucking taxi, it'd be quieter at least.

Like damn, I just wanna go visit someone, not spend what it'd probably cost to go on holiday.
