Venue of around 150/200 capacity in Manchester

Hello,
Looking for a venue in Manchester that has a capacity of around 150/200 people. I am putting on a pop punk gig in Manchester City Centre in August.
I am looking to make it as inclusive as possible, so wheelchair access and potential for a small seating area are quite important.
Thought I would ask here to see if any of you have any ideas or venues I should get in contact with.

Gents are in cellar and I think there's a disabled toilet too, but you have to use a chair lift down the stairs to get to it (if it works, I can't vouch for that).
