I found this sub recently and am so happy. There are a lot of subs in reddit which are anti-work, anti-management, and are generally full of hatred.
I understand that there are a lot of bad jobs out there and lot of bad managers. But there are a lot of bad employees too. Humans are good and bad at all levels of life and organizations. Surprise! /s.
But most subs seem very one sided, biased and brigaded. I see a lot more objective discussion on this sub and I am excited to participate here.
Given the toxic culture of reddit, I would feel a lot safer if the mods lay down the rules explicitly. Also having allowing people to have user flairs might be a good idea as there are just too many fields of work. A manager in fast food industry probably has a very different environment than one in software.
