So I have dabbled with Nootropics and they have been helpful. I have realized in this that I needed a revitalization plan. Yours may not be as elaborate as mine, but it is kinda similar to town revitalization plans. First step was drop weight, which I am working on. Second part is mental health. I am still fitting the pieces together with this and I am working on self therapy and finding a therapist. Analytical psychology has been a huge boon to me. The other part has been to get other health things taken care of. I am checking vitamin and hormone levels. I am not sure on vitamin D, but if my levels are low (which growing up in a cold climate probably skews it). I am going to work on hunches and family history and knock them out so I can start feeling better. I am also looking at ways to fix my T levels. I had previously been quite the sad boy, but now that the underlying issues are coming to the surface, I am starting to feel a tad bit better.
The other part is career. I have given myself one year to fix my issues and if I cannot fix the career aspect dog my life, I will join an Officers Program in the Navy and use the GI Bill to get my masters. I Don't want to go all in on this, but with the job market how it is, I am going to give it a shot or two. I am tired of half assing my life and not having a seat at the table of society, so even just the thought of improving myself has lifted my mood. I also plan to resolve some minor legal stuff that has been giving me stress. I will keep you in the loop.
