Rejection and Failure.

Post Body

So I was thinking about the time I got kicked out of some place and they would not even tell me why and it reminded me of how awful neurotypical people can be. It kind of made me then think of how "normal" people are able to form really good relationships and network (even in a bad economy) and even in introverted jobs (like software engineering) , things like "emotional intelligence" and the like are more important than skills it seems. I then have tried to apply to several hundred jobs, have gotten like 15 interviews or so, but they either pay the same as my current job, or just reject me. This has gotten on my last nerve. Also the rejection in dating , although with selfishness from my partners in my last relationships have made things a bit sour and turned into metarejection, although the rejection from looking for work is overriding romantic rejection. I am also frustrated my software projects keep bumping into a wall.

Having said that I am thankful for a job, a coworker I a, getting along with (we shall see where it goes), and a couple of properties. Past rejections have kinda made life frustrating and made me hate the overall societal system we are under, but I don't want to throw away small victories. I just wish society was not so harsh on neurodiverse people.
