Post Body

Its my first room outside of my parent's house . My mom never let me decorate the room on my terms , so i want to make this my cave . I have a few ideas , but i am in desperate need of advice.

I have plans of having a monitor and a little diy rgb led lighting. I want to have a book shelf under the window and a thin dressing table/ mirror on the group all near to the balcony door , not too big as it avoid movement .

I Want to attatch photos on the wall . My main problem is i dont have racks for keeping clothes , might need to have racks on the empty space between the upper and lower closets (picture 3) Any other advice is appreciated.

This is a great start. I’d personally switch out the curtains when you have a chance. Red isn’t always the best energy in a room. Some cultures view as good luck, so if that’s your culture, then by all means keep. Otherwise switch to something more calming. Blue, grey, etc. Doesn’t have to cost much $ to do this. And then yes, add some posters, art, etc. and a rug in a common or neutral color to tie it all together. Under the bed storage can be a good choice with limited space.

Looks like a great place for this next chapter. Focus on you and your career and block out the external noise. What a great new adventure. Good luck!
