What size bed for tiny guest room?

Moving into a new house!
Iām deciding between a full and queen size bed for a tiny guest room. Aside from the entryway area, the room is only 7ā7āx10ā3ā.
A queen would be a lot more comfortable for 2 people (most friends or family who visit me are couples) but a full size bed would be easier to navigate around.
