I'm at a loss here, I have had the same hairstyle since I was a boy.

Recently I've been letting it grow(since July) and now I'm at the tipping point, something needs to be done. My problem is I'm not quite sure what to do. I've even asked my barber to offer a suggestion but sadly they just were not sure what to do.

I've read the other posts on this subreddit and I'm stuck at which face-type I have. My goal is to have a hairstyle picked out so I can bring a picture and say "Make me look like this please!".
