How Do I Grow In These Patchy Spots?!

I swear I have tried absolutely everything to get these patchy spots to grow in on my face. Castor oil, not shaving for a long time, peppermint oil, growth serums, everything. I want a full and consistent beard that I can style how I like but these patchy spots on my cheeks/jawline ruin it. Any suggestions??
