so i am looking and thinking about getting my hair braided, for context, im white skinned
i have 2c to 3a type hair and my grandmother used to braid my hair when i was younger as she used to say " protect ya scalp", and now im older, 17 , theres alot more jusgement and im worried if i get my hair re braided it ,may seem offensive to some people.
ive had many hairdressers say that my hair is curly and thich enough so that it wont damage or tear my hair out, ( they told me that if you have super straigh thin hair it can destroy your scalp)
so if i do get it braided again, may it be seen as offensive, as i dont really see any other negatives
