I just turned 40 and I'm generally happy with my appearance/style/etc but I can't remember having a haircut that I liked anytime in the past 20 years. Fine hair and a widows peak that would make Vegeta proud. Tried to grow it long a couple times and couldn't stand it (and I think it's too fine to look good long?)
I'm generally not photogenic because I used to be obese on my 20s and early 30s and I have to get the pose right to not show the loose skin around my chin.
For reference- one picture of me bald from almost 5 years ago. Not on purpose... got a bad haircut that was too short to fix. But that's about how I'd look.
No grey yet. I don't think I need to go bald. I also don't think my hair will get any worse... it's about how my dad's was when he died. But... I tried finasteride for 9 months, no noticeable difference but sexual side effects that took 4 months after I quit to go away. Minoxidil foam (the Kirkland brand) gave me nasty bumps and rashes all over my scalp.
Anyone recommend another product or maybe a hairstyle that could work? Included lots of pics to show a variety of facial hair possibilities. I can grow a nice beard but I generally don't like to.. I'd rather be shaven.
