has anyone here experienced thinning of hair when they started to lose weight? my hair used to be really thick but I noticed that it got thinner once I started to lose weight. are there any vitamins or other recommendations you may have for me to resolve this? thanks in advance
*for accessibility to products, I live in the Philippines (for anyone who lives here as well - for local products). If the product is good and available for international shipping, I'm ok with that too. Kinda desperate to have a good thick hair again hehe.
