I cut my ballsack while shaving and need help

I stupidly was using a trimmer to shave my balls and cut my ballsack slightly. It’s not really painful but it is bleeding slightly. The part I’m concerned about is this small clear thing seems to be on the cut part. I don’t know how to explain it besides a very small sort of clear thing. Very small. Never seen something like this so hoping to ease my concern. Again so pain just some bleeding. Thank you!
