Is a simple wavy hair perm easy to get?
Post Body
In my head, a stylist just needs large rods with the chemical to create the waves. Is that right? I donβt want it end up with giant tight curls. I want loose and giant curls / wavy type hair.
Also, my stylist normally leaves solution on for 30-40 min to achieve a perm and entire experience is 1 hour or less.
But my friends are taking 3-4 hours. Is there something wrong with me achieving a perm under an hour?
