Need advice to reduce weight
Hi everyone, hope the week is going well for you! :) Iām a 25M, 6 ft tall. 6 months before I slowly started group classes for cross-fitness. (Squats, Push ups, lunges and other HIT workouts). I reduced weight from 110 Kgs to 98 Kgs. My target weight is 85 Kgs. I take around 2000 Calories everyday with 50-60 grams of protein. Now, my body is used to the workouts and Iām not seeing good progress now. I am thinking about lifting weights in the gym as I have built up some good stamina now.
Please guide me on 1. Routine I should follow from Monday to Saturday (I plan to have 2 rest days in a week) 2. Can I start taking whey protein now? If yes, which one should I take? 3. My main focus is to lose weight around the hips and thighs. What is something I can do everyday to slowly reduce it?
