Is there anyone in your life whose feet you’ve been secretly craving? Maybe a friend or a coworker or even a relative, someone who has no idea what’s going through your head every time your eyes dart down to his feet for another glance. Tell us who it is and how badly you want his feet. That way we can all chat about it, tease each other a bit, and nudge each other further down the rabbit hole.

For me, it’s one of my graduate students. He’s impossibly handsome and so charismatic (and of course brilliant and smart too), and for the last few months my mind has drifted repeatedly to what his feet might smell like right out of his sneakers, how eager I would be to sniff and worship his feet while he sits in the office chair above me.
