Shirts for tall guys?

Hey everyone,
So, I'm fairly tall (6'2.5") and fairly slim (170 lbs), and I like to wear fairly well-cut shirts. However, I have really, really long arms (36/37) and a not-so-thick neck (15.5 / 16, depending on the brand). Finding slim-cut shirts that don't break the bank is something of a problem ... I know that Dsquared and Burberry London fit, but I can't be dropping $150 every time I want a new shirt.
