Hello MFA. I have some questions.
Post Body

This is my first post here and it is going to be a long one.

My first point is that I just started trying to dress better. It was something to do with the wallstreet protests and a comment on how people trust you more if you wear a suit. Or something on /r/trees about how people won't suspect you're a stoner if you're wearing a suit. So I have a picture of how I used to dress. http://imgur.com/a/FFmOb (all the pics I am going to post are in that album.

My second point is that I found this shirt thing in my closet. clicky It has a zipper but is almost a shirt, which is strange to me. It has a label which I took a picture of. It also has pen holders just inside the zipper which I didn't get a picture of. I would like to know if anyone knows what it is called. Also if I can use it if I get it tailored. It is too big in the stomach.

My third point is that I got this jacket quite quickly because I really didn't want to be wearing that sweater anymore. Should I or even can I get it tailored? I am wondering if it is too long in the sleeves and around the waist.

My FOURTH point. I have never worn a casual button up in my life. What should I get that I can wear this this coat of mine?

TL;DR pic of old clothes I use to wear, a shirt thing which I don't even know what to call, and a coat. And what colour button up can I wear this coat? never worn button up in my life.
