Has anyone tried bespokeshoecare.com for repairing shoes? Or any of the other online cobblers?

These guys seem to have a nice guarantee, but I have no idea if they actually live up to it. Has anyone tried them? Or any of the other online cobblers? I don't really a local cobbler that I can trust (I've been burned by the in-town ones before).
