So, I made the dumb decision to renew my license in that website instead of another one that automatically offers to deliver me a physical copy of the license. For some reason, I couldn't download the documents that came after I did so (like the receipt) and closed the window before I figured out how to do it.

Now, in the MySIKAP website, there's an option called "Production of Driving License Copy." I tried to find any information about what this does, but I got nothing. Tried everything I could and came up empty. My assumption is that it will lead me to the production of a physical license, but I don't have any confirmation. I need to pay 20 ringgit first, but I don't know what it'll do.

So, does anyone has any confirmation about what it does? Or like, how am I suppose to get a new physical license card without the documents that came after paying for the renewal? The only receipt I have is from FPX, but that obviously doesn't matter much in this case. I do have a digital copy of my new license, but I may not always have my phone on me.
