Hi all, I have several questions for purchasing house under commercial title under HDA.
May I know if I need to get my own lawyer for the SPA signing?
Utilities like water and electric is under commercial rate. I can only change the electric bill to residential right?
Is SOHO in this case eligible for stamp duty exemption for MOT?
