Recently at Davos WEF Summit there is a discussion that the world is heading for a 'quantum divide': here's why it matters. Much to my dismay, Malaysia is not in the list whereas fellow ASEAN like Singapore and Thailand are racing ahead of us. As a Malaysian patriot, this is saddeing to see. Why?
