I always like the good old character cyoa's, be it mecha, fantasy, beast, etc. What are some great long ones that avoid getting too absurd with power levels? While punching a dragon is cool, punching an entire mountain range away with a few more points isn't. Sprinting faster than a car is cool, casually moving 4x the speed of sound isn't. When it gets too absurd, I just lose interest. Or alternatively like JRPG Traitor, I can't even comprehend the later powers because it gets so esoteric. With all that said, what comes to mind as some longer but still "balanced" and interesting character cyoa's?
The power armor cyoa.
Like the one people turned into a tabletop rpg.
The one with numbers as stats.
