How do I stop my under eye from creasing?

I use Pür 4-1 love your selfie longwear foundation and concealer and Laura mercier translucent loose setting powder, sometimes I use a setting spray but I don’t find that helps much. I apply my foundation, concealer, and powder with a sponge. I’ve tried applying powder under my eyes with a small brush too and I find it helps for a few minutes and then creases again.
Any tips would be appreciated!
