REQUEST: making molds for food

My girlfriend loves my ears, she keeps joking about cutting them off and eating them. So, I want to make a mold cast of my ear and use to make gummies of them. What can i use to do that and not pick up any of the harmful chemicals from the clay when I pour the liquid on it to make the gummies? Dont want to mkae her sick, or kill her. Any tips on how to make multiples so I can make more than one at a time?
