Hdpe warping

Post Body
So I had some extra 0.5” hdpe sitting around and decided to make a small parts tray.
Routed out a 0.25” deep tray.
Three days later it has cupped like a wet piece of pine.
Questions three:
Can I heat it or do something to uncup?
Is this just a drying out issue like it is in any piece of wood?
Can I hold theses flat to dry out after I cut them to prevent this?
