Should I sell my 64GB iPad (3rd gen) to get a 16GB iPad Air?

I got a macbook a while ago, and don't need my iPad as much. It's pretty sluggish with iOS 7, and I would like to have the speed of the iPad air. I don't know if 16GB is too little, but by the looks of it, I can sell it and get an iPad Air (16GB) without paying out of the pocket.
What do you guys think?
