A Motel 6 employee unknowingly airdropped my explicit photos to himself
Post Body

Ive stayed a couple nights at my local Motel 6. I went online to renew the room, then went downstairs to the front desk to pay and confirm everything. The employee asked to see my phone with the email confirmation. Not a problem, and absolutely normal. I handed my phone over to him. I noticed he was tapping on the screen quite a bit, and had my phone for a solid few minutesā€¦ but I really didnā€™t think anything of it. After he handed me the phone back, I saw on my lock screen a notification that showed an explicit image of mine had been airdropped to ā€œiPadā€. I noticed their system is ran on iPads (not desktop computers or laptops). I called my boyfriend downstairs and he spoke with the employee. He denied any wrongdoing but agreed to pay for our room. Yes, my boyfriend and I both know that Iā€™m worth more than just 1 free night at motel 6.

iPhone doesnā€™t keep record really of airdrop activity. I tried to run a sysdiagnosis on my phone to get the logs, but I waited too long.

What do I do? Iā€™m open to all legal, illegal and any tips or ideas in between šŸ™ƒ
