Any way to shut subtitles off?

I can’t figure out where in the settings to go to have it automatically deselect subtitles so I don’t have to go through file by file on the disc disabling them. It’s okay ripping movies isn’t that big a deal, but doing tv shows with multiple discs and multiple episodes per disc is a huge pain. The only subtitles I want on my movies and shows are the forced ones they put up when a character is speaking another language, but MakeMKV already doesn’t flag those as a separate track from the video so I don’t have to worry about them.
