I've been seeing a lot of posts about beggars/street vendors selling sampaguita but was wondering if anyone has noticed the foreign guy who regularly walks around the Enterprise building? I usually see him in the afternoon or evening and I always see him just walking around from one end of Enterprise to the other.

He acts like he's just trying to keep to himself and low-key asks people for attention lang. He speaks really quietly so mapapalapit ka talaga sa kanya to hear what he's saying. Physically he looks like he could be in his 40s? Skinny and with medyo long hair that almost reaches his nape. He sounds like he's eastern European maybe. Worst part about him is probably how you can smell him before you can see him.

The first (and only) time I tried talking to him he basically asked if I could help him out in anyway, sabi niya he's been sleeping at the police station daw and needs help. Tbh I didn't probe much further because I noped out of there pretty quick. Okay sana kuwento niya kaso every week ko ata nakikita siyang naglilibot dun so alam mong something's off.

Anyone else who has interacted with him or knows what his deal is?
