Any coaches here from Makati that offers budget friendly programs? I've been contemplating to whether join AF or hire a coach nalang (since may gym naman sa condo pero limited equipment lang) and i've decided na mas practical to hire a coach. gusto ko lang din kasi na may magpupush saken to commit to it since I really want to gain mass before this year ends. I did enroll to an online coach during the pandemic and worked for me naman. Hoping to have a good start ulit this month. Let me know through DM. Thanks!
