Has anyone here lived in Valera Tower or Island Plaza? What are the rooms like? Any other Condos that you can recommend around

Been looking for a place to rent, budget is 15k to 20k monthly.
I've been searching in FB market place at eto dalawa lang nakita ko na pinaka mababa. But I could not find pictures of what the interiors look like, the rooms.
Or any condos you can recommend that are near the parks?
