Floor box help

Hello all I have 23 of these floor boxes in our fitness center. I’m looking for the most cost effective and easy way to cover these up. Also has to look good I’ve been all over the internet for a type of cover or retrofit kit and can’t find anything that isn’t 40$ that comes with an outlet and all that extra crap. all I need is to get them covered. No hot wires in any of them seems to have been used to pull cable wires.
