No SEs?

Hey friends - I saw this zEnterprise 2828 on eBay for (relatively) less than nothing. However, both Support Elements are missing.
AFAIK, this makes the machine useless (as if the BIOS was missing). Is there any hope of replacing the SEs and thereby resuscitating it? Or is it a lost cause?
