135Lbs 5’10” Hello all, I use to go to the gym but stopped and fell out of the routine.
I’m planning on working it back into my schedule but don’t want to go by myself. I don’t mind if we can’t always go together, but I’m hoping to build a relationship where we hold each other accountable for going, and encourage the other to go. Maybe grab lunch/movie after
I didn’t know much about form, I’d just use YouTube before I used a machine. I am looking to work on everything and get toned.
I love myself but I’m realizing I don’t like my body and would like to put time and effort into my health.
