In my experience it is fairly common for magick users to end up with extenuating health issues as a result from giving and taking in nature the more powerful they become. That being said my friend is receiving a surgery to help with the physical aspects of this and I'd like to receive helpful tips for healing their energy (not their physical form) so that way they're able to focus fully on physically healing from their surgery and not trying to heal their energy solo possibly making their recovery even longer.
I tried asking for this advice in a FB witch group and was rudely attacked because they thought the use of the word 'magick' was antisemitic, and that I culturally appropriating person for having box braids despite me being a BLACK multiracial individual 🙃 so I'm hoping Reddit doesn't let me down because oof.
I'm an eclectic grey witch that does respect closed practices but I love reading about all things and have pretty good connects with people within closed practices so I'm definitely open to receiving a lot of different kinds of feedback.
