Right now my budget is $550. Out of the $895 this deck is valued at, I have all but $546 left, so I am basically at my budget right now. (with a majority coming from the lands and CCG I own), so I am not looking to add anything else that is majorly expensive.

The direction I want to go with this deck is less combat heavy and more unique win conditions. I want to win in a few options.

1. Winning by dealing damage directly with Rin and Seri's ability.
2. Flashing in Felidar Sovereign and Epic Struggle before my upkeep to get the win.
3. Halo Fountain Win

I just want to see if this deck seems like it will perform well. I don't play in cEDH but my LGS does have some spicy decks.

Edit: To add, this will be my third commander deck. I have a stompy Dinosaur deck that swings big. I have a "go wide and tall" Edgar Markov deck that wants to win by combat, so I do want to mix up some gameplay strategies.
