What is your mulligan strategy?

I'm a new player who plays a lot in arena. My only mulligan strategy is to have (at least) three lands in my hand. There have been a few times I kept my hand with only 2 lands and a mana ramp card or two and regretted it. But my simple mulligan strategy seems to be in line with my win condition, overwhelm the opponent with large creatures (the professor's worst win condition!).
So what is your mulligan strategy and why?
