A potentially complete Primer for the Modern Boogeyman deck, Ad Nauseam
Post Body

Ad Nauseum is probably one of my favorite Modern decks, and I decided to write a primer (love letter) for it.

A little backstory: A few years ago, there was a player at my former LGS that used to buy meta decks because he thought that the power of the deck would be enough to win often. He recently had bought Ad Nauseam and had been bringing it to the last couple Monday Night Modern events, to no success. On a whim, I asked if he wanted to swap decks for the night, so he could maybe try something else, and I could try playing a true combo deck. I lent him my Mono Blue Tron deck, he showed me how the combo worked, and we entered the tournament. I had a blast playing Ad Nauseum that night, went 3-1, and was determined to build the deck.

A week later, the player who lent me the deck was playing it on Monday, and having a poor night. After a pretty bad round 2 loss, he loudly announced he was selling the deck, that it sucks, and that he's probably giving up magic. I jumped on the chance, bought the deck from him then and there, and have been playing it ever since.

If you have any comments, or anything I should add, I'm happy to discuss and debate.

Also, here is my decklist that I'm currently playing:
